What is Block Mounting?

Unlike standard picture framing where your photograph, painting or print is mounted with a mat, behind glass and surrounded by a decorative frame, block mounting provides a modern, clean look. Your print is "mounted" directly onto a 10mm thick backing board with a straight edge. In this way, the print resembles an unframed stretched-canvas painting.

What is "Lite-Mounting"?

Once we've mounted the print on the backing board, we then use a small frame around the edges, no glass is applied.

What is 3D Block Mounting?

3D Block Mounting enhances the modern three-dimensional style even further by setting your mounted picture on a smaller block approximately 30mm deep. The result is that your mounted picture appears to "float" near your wall, adding more depth and allowing the image to stand out further.

Can I get these prints in traditional frames?

Yes, we can frame your print. You will need to contact us directly for a quote. We do not ship framed pictures due to the risk of glass breakage during transit.

Can I get my own posters, prints or photographs mounted?
